Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or checking in at our hotel. By making a reservation or checking in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Reservations and Bookings:
1.1. Room reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid reservation request and payment.
1.2. The minimum age to make a reservation or check-in is 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
1.3. All reservations require a valid credit card or other accepted payment method to secure the booking. The credit card used for reservation must be presented during check-in.
1.4. Any additional requests or special accommodations must be communicated to the hotel at the time of reservation. While we strive to fulfill such requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
1.5. Accommodation Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Check-in and Check-out:
2.1. Check-in time is from [12noon], and check-out time is before [12noon]. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
2.2. Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a valid identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card) for registration purposes. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if a valid identification document is not presented.
2.3. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property or its facilities during their stay. Any such damages will be charged to the guest's credit card or settled in cash at the hotel's discretion.
2.4. Late Checkout attracts 30% of the Room Rate. Checkout after 3pm is charged as Full Room Rate.
2.5. Breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.00am.
Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. The hotel accepts payment by cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods as specified by the hotel.
3.2. Guests will be charged for their stay at the prevailing rates at the time of booking or check-in, as agreed upon during the reservation process.
3.3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your arrival. Cancellation of Paid Reservation is not refundable. If you do not cancel at all, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
3.4. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and reservation details. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time frame may result in a penalty charge.
3.5 : Refunds are only issued for cancellations that are made at least 24 hours before your arrival date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your cancellation.
3.6 : Non Arrival (No Show) for paid reservation is not refundable.
Guest Responsibilities:
4.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during their stay. Any behavior that is unlawful, disruptive, or infringes upon the rights of others may result in immediate termination of the accommodation without refund.
4.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property.
4.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and all rooms of the hotel. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping, including Marijuana of any sort. Breach of this may attract a fine, as we take our client’s health very seriously.
Guests found smoking in prohibited areas may be subject to a penalty charge which includes dismissal from the hotel without refund.
4.4. Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms. If you are caught with a pet in your room, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
4.5. Loss of Access Keycard to Room(s) attracts Ngn2000.00. Being the cost of replacement
4.6. Food and Drinks from outside are not permitted into the Hotel and its premises.
4.7. Not more than two(2) Adults should be in a room.
Liability
5.1. The hotel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by guests or their visitors while on hotel premises, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or health-related issues.
5.2. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any disruption to services or amenities caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or utility failures.
Security
6.1. The hotel has a security system in place to protect guests and property. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the front desk.
Privacy
7.1. The hotel respects guests' privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to the hotel's privacy policy for more information on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
Modifications and Termination:
8.1. The hotel reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be available on the hotel's website.
8.2. In the event of termination of these terms and conditions, any reservations made prior to the termination will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking.

Emergency
9.1. In the event of an emergency, please let a member of staff know or call the 767. The hotel also has a fire alarm system and a fire escape plan in place.
